Rough Guide Directions Madeira & Porto Santo

PI bought this Rough Guide for my next holidays, before it was even printed, knowing I would risk not to receive it in time for my departure.

In the meantime it started popping up unto the shelves of my favourite bookshop, while all of my friends joked me about my pourchase, which I would have needed to resell coming back from holidays.
But Amazon surprised me again and they delivered it before the scheduled date and I am so far studying it!
I believe Rough Guide Directions are an even better tipe of guides, for the tourist who wants to grab a good bite of the place with an indepth knowledge without all the fuss of a boring lecture.
Thanks for asking me. Bianca

Good Wine, Good Flight

One of the best features available to you when you take advantage of an aircraft charter is that you get to select which food and drink you would like to eat. Any five-star cuisine is available to you when you fly on a lear jet, so it makes sense to have the appropriate wines to correspond with the various dishes you will be consuming in flight. Good wine is such a pleasure to enjoy, and it makes sense that if you have good wine aboard your private charter jet, then you will have a good flight.

Wine grapes are usually made from Vitis vinifera, latin for the European species of wine grape varieties. Perhaps you enjoy Merlot, or Chardonnay. These are varietals, because they use these particular grapes as the primary grape in the production of those specific wines. Blended wines can be luscious as well, especially if they are prized wines from Tuscany or Bordeaux.

There are several categories of wine, and all of these are available for your enjoyment on your next personal charter jet flight. It is lovely to start with an aperitif, which could include Vermouth or Madeira, to enjoy before your meal. If you are dining on seafood, salad, pork or curry, then you might pair it with a rose wine. For a special occasion, you might select a sparkling wine, the most famous of which is champagne.

A table wine is always a delectable choice when you are looking for a wine that has a lighter alcoholic content. This might be a good choice if you are wanting to conduct business as you enjoy the meal. After the sumptuous food, why not top it off with a dessert wine, a sweet wine. They can include Sauternes, port, Tokay or sweet sherry, and any would be delightful after a delicious meal. If you are looking for something with a little more impact, a fortified wine that has had a spirit added to it may be the best selection. Brandy or grappa are excellent examples of fortified wines.

The color of a wine is brought about by the inclusion of the grape skin during the process of fermentation when the wine is being made. Red wine gets its glorious color because the skin is left in the juice while it ferments, whereas with white wine, no matter what color grape is being used, it remains white because the grape skin has been removed.

All of these stellar wines are available for your delectation when you choose to travel on a private charter jet. Simply let your personal concierge know what you desire, and he or she will ensure that it is on board and ready for you.

The greatest reward and luxury of travel is to be able to experience everyday things as if for the first time, to be in a position in which almost nothing is so familiar it is taken for granted. Flights to Entebbe

The traveler was active; he went strenuously in search of people, of adventure, of experience. The tourist is passive; he expects interesting things to happen to him. He goes "sight-seeing". Flights to Accra
